Wood slats, a great aesthetic and functional solution!

Wood slats are increasingly an option demanded by our customers, especially to develop installations on walls decorated with wood slats. In Gabarró we have both coniferous and tropical wood slats, so through our website you can buy wooden slats online.

Within our broad portfolio, special blunt-edged slats for street furniture stand out. It is tropical wood brushed on all 4 surfaces. Their physical properties make them suitable and resistant outdoors, only with superficial maintenance such as lasur (natural oil). Some of these strips are also machined on all 4 sides or have FSC certification.

As for solid wood slats, we also have fir and Flanders pine, such as those used in this project carried out by ELISAVA, in which more than 600 slats were used to build this original structure in the student courtyard.
