We moved our headquarters to Polinyà - Barcelona

We have made an investment of 10 million euros in the expansion of our facilities, at the foot of the AP-7 highway, which allows us to locate our company's central warehouses in a single space.

A new 12,000 m² warehouse has been built on the 38,000 m² estate. At present, our company has covered a storage area of ​​17,500 m² at our new warehouse (5,500 m² of the old warehouses and 12,000 m² of the new warehouse). Through the new construction, optimal use has been made of both storage capacity and internal transport flows.

It consists of 6 buildings with a span of 8 meters in height and a span of 29 meters in width that make both the loading and unloading of lorries and storage more efficient.

Besides that, the new warehouse has been equipped with the necessary telecommunications, security and fire protection infrastructures to guarantee its uninterrupted operation 24 hours a day through 3 work shifts.

In a sixth warehouse, with a different surface, the production unit is located, which incorporates a Schelling panel saw, an automatic feeding system and an efficient suction system. This machinery is added to the existing panel saw, two edgers, a double profiler and two numerical controls. The investment in this manufacturing unit does not only bring benefits for the customer through better quality and faster service, but also an improvement in productivity and worker safety.

A 5-storey building with offices, the Gabarró Park and parking for staff and visitors has also been built. In these offices will be located: management, general services and sales for the area of ​​Catalonia. In the construction of these offices, energy efficiency standards have been considered to minimize energy consumption and achieve a comfortable temperature for working.

Gabarró Parc is the new Gabarró showroom, a 300 m² space designed especially for industrial clients and prescribers, where they can be inspired and see at first-hand all the products in stock. It is an interactive space where you can see real samples in different formats, as well as learn about the technical details of the company's wide range of boards, floors, wood and mechanized wood.

This expanded warehouse offers our customers a supply and distribution point that is easily accessible at the foot of the highway for both sawn wood and boards, pallets and Solid Surface with an uninterrupted service, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with all machining services and an updated showroom.

On the other hand, the supply from Polinyà (Barcelona) to its warehouses in Benifaió (Valencia), Fuenlabrada (Madrid), Gavà (Barcelona), Málaga, Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña) and Vitoria (Álava) is speeding up.
