Success of attendees at the Open Day of Gabarró in Fuenlabrada (Madrid)

More than 180 people attended the open day of the leader company in wood distribution Gabarró Hermanos Wood S.A. (Www.gabarro.com) held last Wednesday at its headquarters in Fuenlabrada (Madrid).
The event served to inaugurate the new showroom and the recent expansion of facilities that have almost doubled in size and now have an area of 4,000 m2.
Attendees, among which there were customers, professionals and journalists from the timber sector could learn the latest developments in design and wooden boards for both interior design projects and for commercial and hotels.
The event was chaired by D. Ramón Gabarró Badia accompanied by the current Director General D. Ramón Gabarró Taulé and the management team of the company, which led a guided tour of the new facilities. Afterwards speches helded by Angel Martin D. of AFAMID (Association of Furniture Industries, Carpentry and Allied in the Community of Madrid) and D. Manuel Robles (Mayor of Fuenlabrada), which then unveiled a commemorative plaque took place.
By the municipality of Fuenlabrada also they attended D. Francisco Javier Ayala, (I Deputy Mayor and Councilman of Presidency), Ms. Ana Maria Perez Santiago, (Councillor for Planning, Infrastructure, Industry and Heritage), Mrs. Silvia Monterrubio ( cabinet Hall) and D. Andres de las Alas-Pumariño, (Technical Director of Industry and European Programmes).
The day also included representatives of some of the brands that Gabarró distributed exclusively in our country and at European level as Hi-Macs, Kronospan, Polyrey, Tafibra, Timbertech, Egger, Finsa and Garnica showed attendees the latest product on soil and wood flooring for next season.
