We expand our catalog of floorings with the plain of Area Floors , a new collection of SPC vinyl floors - Stone Plastic Composite - designed to respond to the needs of residential, commercial and Contract sector projects.

The new Area Floors collection responds to the growing demand for floors capable of combining a careful aesthetic, inspired by natural materials, with elevated technical performance. Thanks to the rigid core compost for limestone and stabilizers, SPC soles offer great dimensional stability and high resistance to impact, wear and humidity, surpassing traditional vinyls in performance.

Technical innovation and versatility in design

Area Floors has been designed to offer architects, interior designers, renovators and installers a versatile, resistant and quick-installation solution thanks to the Uniclic system . Its waterproof composition makes it an ideal option for any state of the house, including humid areas with kitchens and bathrooms, as well as high-traffic commercial spaces that require simple maintenance and agile netting.

Among its main features are wear resistance, anti-slip behavior , antibacterial properties , high acoustic absorption and Bfl-s1 fire retardant classification . Furthermore, it is a Pet Friendly flooring and suitable for installation on terra radiant.

Each plank of the new collection of vinyl soles /SPC Area Floors is composed of:

• Ultra Matte Surface
• Wear Layer: 0.5 mm
• Decorative film layer
• Rigid nucleus
• High density bottom layer: 1 mm

The initial collection of the Floors Area is made up of a set of designs: six references from the Gran Collection , both elegant aesthetics and synchronized pore finishes , and a reference from the Stone Collection , with stone inspiration and a more mineral and contemporary character. Both collections have class 34, built-in subsoil blanket and four microbezels.
