Gorgeous elm wood clad walls
Our client Carpintería San Antonio has been in charge of making this wall covering, in a private house in Ibiza. We think it is a good idea to use our elm wood, due to its attractive appearance.To carry out this project, our client has used FAS quality American Elm wood in sharp edges, in 26 mm thicknesses. This wood has received the KD (Kiln Driying) drying treatment that allows the wood to have a greater resistance to humidity and over time it does not perform its natural movements. The wood has been machined to obtain these slats, which provide great visual appeal.
Elm wood is considered a very valuable species in Europe, used to make furniture, joinery, carving, manufacture of musical instruments and obtain veneers. Due to its attractive appearance and its excellent behavior in humid environments.
