The EGGER Group, based in St. Johann in the Tyrol, was established in 1960 by Fritz Egger. Currently, the second generation took over in the direction of the group: Michael Egger, Schiegl Walter, Thomas and Ulrich Leissing Bühler.
 
Today, the EGGER Group has 16 production units located in 5 countries and over 5100 employees. His numerous business delegations are present in the main and most important nations of the world.
 
With a market share of approximately 11%, this family business is among the most important manufacturers of agglomerate boards, MDF and OSB boards, as well as semi-finished products such as surface coated boards, post-formados and soft-formados elements, ready for assemble components, laminated and laminated floor coverings.
